This is a review on this gorgeous park, and the outstanding management. My Husband and myself were so thrilled when we found this park.  We knew this was where we wanted to spend the rest of our lives. This park not only offers amazing enmities, it offers everyone whom lives here, wonderful friendships, and so many wonderful people, you find yourself wishing they were your family, or you wish you would’ve had the pleasure to have met them, a long time ago. Why, because they are all so very nice, and genuine, and full of gods grace. I would love to thank my community here at Rio Vista Estates.   Everyone is doing a fantastic job in caring for your space at Rio Vista Estates. Now, without say, everyone here “LOVE’S” our amazing community Manager Joni, she’s such a sweetheart and I love stopping in just to visit with her. My husband and I always take a morning drive around the park, and again in the evening.   This park is an honor to be apart of.   My husband and I, have so much respect for the Leadership of this park.  Joni’ our manager has kept this park to its highest level of care.   Her experience, and great personality, have.made her a joyful person, to work with.  Joni’s compassion for everything about Rio Vista Estates, is why today, I’d personally love to see if the community would like to join me in thanking her with a gift certificate to a place she loves to eat at.   To honor Joni’s for her outstanding work performance, as well as her extended, desire to always make Rio Vista Estates her personal baby.   to always look for to also provide her knowledge.   Joni should be recognized for her abilities, and amazing hospitality.   All you have to do, is drive around this beautiful community and you too will be just as happy as we are, to have been excepted, so we could begin the enjoyment of retirement and living in this beautiful place.   Joni clearly takes her responsibilities very true to her heart, for everything to run Top Notch as it is.  ( The Management ) in this park goes beyond even her job description, Joni truly loves this park and she holds her position seriously,  you won’t ever see something out of place,  it’s spotless over the entire grounds.   It’s so clear to me that Joni, our ( Community Manager.), should be honored for her loyalty and determination.  She’s smart, efficient, and because she loves her responsibilities of this park, she makes it look so easy.  ( Joni ) is one of the soundest, and efficient people to get to know and love as the communities Management. She truly show her compassion with everything she does.  She also, wears a lot of ( on duty hats in her position ), and every hat she puts on, she excels in her position.  I’m so happy to say, we couldn’t be happier here.  We are here to stay and enjoy this beautiful community. It’s a real treat for my husband and I, to drive through this park morning and evening, it’s that beautiful.    Joni made us feel right at home, she’s amazing!!!  She so on the ball with everything she does for all of us here in this gorgeous park. She always has a cheerful smile every time we get to see her.  She’s a very busy woman, but she will always take the time to show you her passion for loving this park and being a huge reason for its  hospitality. Thank you Joni for being you❣️ You have shared such a beautiful piece of heaven here, at Rio Vista Estates with us, and we are so generous for your true love of this park and the people here.  You’re a true treasure and I’d love nothing more than to see you highly honored in your position with Rio Vista Estates.  You have so much drive and motivation for this entire park.  I know you’ve made such an amazing impact in our lives Joni.  Living here will is a beautiful opportunity and you can’t pass up our community and management. Rio Vista Estates is such a beautiful 55+ community! The park is very well maintained, peaceful, and located right on the river. There is so much wildlife around, which makes the setting even more gorgeous and relaxing. Joni, the park manager, does a wonderful job taking care of the community and making sure everything runs smoothly. Andy, the maintenance guy, also does a great job keeping the park looking clean, cared for, and beautiful. You can tell a lot of pride goes into maintaining Rio Vista Estates. Between the river, the wildlife, the beautiful surroundings, and the care Joni and Andy put into the community, it really is a gorgeous place!

So if you are a senior I highly recommend this park. It was very clean, the park manager is super helpful and very nice. I went in to look at one of their mobile homes and it was absolutely amazing. This is a wonderful seniors park and Jony and Andy are such wonderful people. They make you feel at home and they ask all the right questions to make sure they will lease to a responsible person and not allow any disturbances to the community.   I highly recommend this park!!!

Very friendly. Now that Ive been here for a while ... This is a great place. I could not have asked for  better. Deer & dog walkers are out every morning. Lovely green groumds, ptactical rec house & well maintained. The kind of place that is secure & homey for seniors. Small dogs are allowed, some feral cats take care of any little critters. This spacious mobile home and RV park is a hidden gem tucked into a quiet neighborhood in Red Bluff. The grounds are clean, beautifully cared for, and surrounded by stunning wildlife. The large clubhouse offers plenty of room for gatherings, and the sparkling blue pool is perfect for cooling off in the Redding heat. Joni and Andy, the friendly duo managing the park, go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and supported. A wonderful place to call home for seniors seeking comfort, nature, and community. Joni in the office is amazing. She stays on top of everything going on in the park. She is resourceful and helpful. The residents in the community are friendly and caring. It was a safe place for my parents to live for 7 1/2 years until they went to assisted living.
